Flat 14 is the apartment I lived in when I spent a year in Oxford, England. We left America with just 4 suitcases, none of which arrived when we landed.  And so I entered England with only the clothes on my back and my camera in my sack. I named my business after it because of the paradox it contains.  I struggled during the year I lived inside that tiny, ugly apartment, but I loved Oxford and the people who welcomed me as family.  So while my flat was my least favorite thing about that year, out of it came some of the best experiences of my life and shaped me into the person I am today.
